Hillsboro, New Mexico is a great little historically significant town at the junction of highways 152 and 27 on the way into the eastern edge of Gila National Forest. Soon after leaving town west on highway 152 the road begins a severely winding path into the Gila on the way to Kingston, NM.
Here’s several images of the town that I made that I just had enough time to edit before needing to conserve power for the night ahead. It got down to 26 degrees at daybreak. The trailer is keeping me nice and warm, as expected.
I’ll add a few more images later, after I have a chance to edit them for web display.

Added a few more images I shot the day I was in Hillsboro, NM. Great little town! There’ll be more images, too, when I get to editing them.
