Today marks nine years that I moved to Southern Colorado from my previous home base in the foothills near Denver, Colorado. All that has changed now since I sold my house in mid October, 2024. That day also marks the day I begin a new adventure in relocating to a new home base. All of my worldly possessions from my house are now stored in anticipation of finding a new home, my next center of gravity. I’m confident that wherever that may end up being will offer new possibilities for renewed creative output. It’s very exciting and the anticipation of what may come is palpable.
Despite having prepared as best as possible by anticipating what will actually be most useful to have at hand in my travel trailer I’m getting a late start in beginning to contribute to and update this blog because, well, there have been other pressing things to take care of first. Here’s the short list:
- Add or purge anything from this travel trailer that might be considered (un)necessary to have in any situation while driving off to or camped within remote areas.
- Make sure that the truck and trailer both are in top shape for extensive breakdown-free traveling.
That’s about it, really. Now is a good place to start with documenting and sharing this adventure with you. Welcome to my current adventure-filled Wild and Free world.
